OUR RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY.

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on orders within 14 days of purchase. Please email to hello@noavelle.com initiate your return. Please include your order number, which pair of shoes you are returning and the reason for the return. All NOAVELLE items need to be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging including dust bag(s).

If you have returned any products prior to contacting us, we cannot guarantee that they will be accepted.

We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there has been a dispatch error by NOAVELLE.

 

SHIPPING

UK Customers:

Free shipping on all the UK orders sent via 1st class Royal Mail. Standard delivery time: 2-5 business working days

EU Customers

STANDARD not tracked: 3-7 Working Days : £10.00/€10.00 via Royal Mail TRACKED/SIGNED FOR: 3-5 Business Days: £15.00/€15.00 via Parcel Force 

 

Rest of The World:

STANDARD: 7-15 Working Days £15.00/€15.00 via Royal Mail
TRACKED/SIGNED FOR: 5-7 Business Days - £20.00/€20.00 via Parcel Force or another express courier.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders placed before noon UK time will be shipped the same day or the day after, (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless otherwise stated via email or alert message via the Home Page on the website.

For all orders placed during SALE periods please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch as a high volume of orders come through! We do, however, do our best to get all orders out within the first 2 business days!

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

In the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes, your parcel will be destroyed by the courier and a refund cannot be given.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email hello@noavelle.com with your name and order number. All cancellation enquiries must be sent through before on the business day following the date your order was placed or else your item would have already been shipped.

We do not collect or store any credit card information associated with your purchase when you place an online order.
